We started Christmas Eve off right with a breakfast with the Gibsons. Last year we started a new tradition (well, kind of an old tradition redone) of Christ Centered Christmas. Each family picks an object and and a scripture of something that we can focus on and make our families and selves better. Its been fun to hear the little stories and thoughts shared, and has added an increased spiritual dimension to our Christmases. 
Christmas Eve night our own little family opened up pajamas, and then we did the Nativity together, as well as a mini talent show.
This year I failed to get a good picture of all the kids in the pajamas together. I'm sad about that, but I did get this, which is a common scene in our house:
