We had so much fun making our own gingerbread houses, the way I grew up making them. I call it "Kirk style." When I was a kid we would make these for gifts to give our neighbors and friends. We just have fun making our own and eating them. We just might have a bit too much finger licking to share these. I wonder...was it that way when I was growing up too?? I hope not, but I don't remember!
