January Part Three

Austin loves to dance, and I think he is a really good dancer.  He is very macho in how he does it.  We were watching Alvin and the Chipmunks and during the music he felt like getting up and dancing.  I love this boy!

As a 5th grader, Jayden got a Utah Ski Passport for $35 which let him ski 3 times for free at all the resorts.  We thought we had my old skis for them, but they had been sold at a yardsale.  So, I picked up used skis for him, and splurged on some for me.  We went to Sundance and had so much fun.  At first he was really frustrated that he couldn't remember everything and had to work at learning to ski again.  But after a little while, he finally got the hang of it again and it was so much fun spending the afternoon with him.

Austin and Lauren have been having fun drawing pictures for me and then we have been displaying them on my bedroom door.

More basketball going on at our house.  Here is a breakaway drive from Jayden.  So far this season, both Dylan and his teams are undefeated.

Looking back on this whole month, January was a rough month health-wise.  We seemed to have someone sick every single week. Often it was multiple kids and different sicknesses kept coming up.  Luckily, everybody didn't catch everything. Here's to a better February!
