Easter was wonderful, and so was the weather. We enjoyed traditional Easter Egg Hunts at both grandparents' houses. Gibson's had theirs a week early, and Kirk's had theirs on the Saturday before Easter. The kids always love both of them. Dylan got to join the bigger cousins this year for the glow in the dark egg hunt. I wish I could have gotten some good pictures of it. Basically, they put an Easter egg and a glow stick in a balloon and placed those around the yard at night. It was a lot of fun! Its been a Gibson tradition for the last few years, and Dylan was finally old enough to take part.
Here are all the Kirk cousins minus the Terrazas family. What a fun bunch of kids!
Ashlyn hasn't caught onto the idea that Uncle Ben is the favorite uncle. Silly girl! She will learn soon enough!!
Easter morning was enjoyable. One of the few pluses of late church is that on Christmas and Easter Mornings you have plenty of time in the mornings before heading off to church.
The more kids we have, the harder these group shots get. This was what the before church picture session went:
Then after church we got plenty of these:
And finally we got a few good ones:
