Fall was kind of busy and crazy at our house, between all the kids sports, getting ready for a baby, and the busy life that comes with 5 kids. Here are a few memorable moments:
Lauren was my little helper making freezer jam. As she grows, she is making wonderful visions appear in my head as she enjoys doing things with me like cooking, cleaning, shopping, and doing hair. My other kids have enjoyed doing things with me, but I tell you, doing it with a girl is just so much fun!
I joined Ethan's 1st grade for their field trip to the pumpkin farm. They had lots of fun playing in the play yard, walking through a corn maze, looking at animals, having a hay ride, and picking out their pumpkins.

One day in September when Austin was out playing in the yard, he came to me frustrated and upset and told me "Mom, my grasshopper is not listening!"
In the fall there was a celebration at the Conference Center to celebrate the 100 Years that the Church has been involved in Scouting. Devon's Dad was one of the few people who put the entire thing together. It was so fun to see his excitement in creating such a huge wonderful production. Everything went amazing, and it was such a memorable event. Devon, Dylan, Jayden, and Jayden's friend Zane got to go see it. What lucky boys!
Devon will often call Lauren princess, and one day in August Lauren indignantly said "I not princess, I Lauren!"
